Grace in the Park
Final photo at the park
We wrapped up our final day with hearts full of gratitude and awe. What began as a desire to be on mission blossomed into a powerful view and reminder of the grace of God.
Throughout the day, we had the privilege of sharing the gospel with several individuals. Each conversation was a unique reflection of God's pursuit—some were curious, some cautious, and one person responded in faith. That moment reminded us of the joy of the gospel: how one seed planted can lead to faith.
Lesson time
Williwaw Park has been more than a location—it’s been a place of friendship, laughter, caring, and Gospel conversations. On this final day, we saw glimpses of how God works in meeting someone who several on our team had ministered to over 7 years ago was back at the park as now a high school graduate who had a full time job. He said, “My summers at Graceworks were the greatest days I have ever had.” We are leaving with the joy of knowing the Word of God does not return void and that the people we met are not alone.
Pray that the seeds planted in Williwaw will continue to grow in God’s timing.
