The Good Shepherd

Teaching the park our memory verse for the week, Psalm 119:114

Today we had the lesson of the Good Shepherd from John 10:10-15. We had the opportunity to share with the kids the good news that Jesus has come as God’s “Good Shepherd.” He does not desire that any would perish and so he goes to find the sheep who are lost.

To visualize this story we had the kids create sheep on a graham cracker with frosting, marshmallows, and mini Oreos. It was a hit among both the team and the kids at the park.

Many of the team playing one of the parks favorite games, “mouse on the ground.”

Please pray that more kids come to Willawaw park tomorrow. Also continue to pray that God would open ears to hear and respond to the gospel message.
